All of our healing items are handmade from sustainably sourced, all-natural stones, which are collected all over Asia. The stones and crystals are then handled and lightly processed so they can fit & decorate our jewelry pieces. All of our healing items are crafted with love by Asian or European artisans (depends on the piece), so you can enjoy a unique healing stone experience.

There are a number of different types of stones & crystals, each filled with their own healing abilities for the mind, body, and soul. They’re thought to promote the flow of good energy and help rid the body and mind of negative energy for various physical and emotional benefits.

Usually, we process orders within 1-3 days after it's successfully placed. We use third-party services for shipping. It may take anywhere from 7 to 20 days (10-12 on average) for the products to arrive at your doorsteps. We know you are excited to get your items. There is a Free Worldwide Shipping option available at checkout, you can always use that. However, if you prefer to receive tracking & insurance for your shipment, we suggest you choose the Priority & Insurance Shipping option (price is different from location to location, so feel free to browse that option during checkout).

Once your returned order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

When a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, It may take anywhere from 9-21 days depending on the payment method you used.
